12volt outlet not working

Still havent found the cure for this online so here's the problem

My cig lighter works great however the 12volt needed to have any plug wiggled around to work, it slowly got harder to find the "sweet spot". Now I cant get anything to work in the 12 volt.

Any ideas where to start?
