Hello everyone. I have an '01 SR5 2.7 (all stock) with about 130K miles on it. I bought the truck with around 55K and I've dogged the crap out of it for the last five years with only bare minimum maintenance (oil changes, replaced front main seal this spring, that's about it). I've managed to scare up some free time and I'd like to try and make up for the years of neglect with a decent tune up.

What do you guys suggest for service at this point? Oil, Spark plugs/wires, air filter are a no-brainer. But, what about things like fuel filter, tranny flush, etc? Any tips, info, would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the input. I'm kind of new to this wrench turning thing, so any how-to's or other specific info you could point me toward would be great. I've been searching this and other forums for help, but I'm finding the volume of information almost overwhelming!

Not sure if there is one for the fuel filter. Its a pain, as it sits under the intake manifold. As for the diffs and tranny, its just a drain and fill. Remove the fill plug first, THEN the drain plug, after the fluid is all out, put the drain plug back in, and fill with gear oil until it begins to run out the fill hole. :)
