One member on here has those wheels in 16" and says they hit the caliper on his 2nd gen. Not sure if this helps or not, but I would bet the larger brakes would not clear most if any 15" wheels and some may not clear even if 16" wheels. The OEM wheels on even the earliest Tundras were 16". I just put 16" 2000 4runner limited wheels on my 1st gen Tundra that has the bigger brakes and they cleared, though it is close. Not only do you need to check the inside circle of the wheel for clearance, you need to check the caliper to the back face of the wheel as many will rub there.

If you know anyone who has an early Tundra it would be best to try one on it before you do the swap. I'm still betting they won't fit.
