2.5" leveling kit 31.5 mastercraft A/T Double din radio Two 12 inch rockford fosgate punches

Wanting to go with the old school 14x15 inch weld wheels on my 2000 toyota tacoma trd. Just bought the truck so it only has a leveling kit on it at the moment. Anyone have any idea on the least amount of lift i will have to run to clear the 31x13.40x15 tires(plus 2 inch spacers to clear the hub assembly); also wanting to run a baja style front bumper so factoring that in would i even need a lift?
