Alfred . this is F%^ked up.
I paid for down payment for a slider for on October 11. with a schedule installation/delivery on oct 21-22.

We did not make that schedule because you said you have an emergency sutuation and then You scheduled
for 26 October. Mind you that is a week day and lost work hours just to accomodate that schedule.
then you gave ma a lame excuse that your shop was locked and missed place your keys.

i waited for 3 hours for you to get a keys from your land lord. which did not materialized.
damm that stupid of me to not think much of it.

That week end you did not call to schedule for the installation.

and now no return message and you are not answering your calls.
really not cool.

Hope you see this thread and return my message to resolve this.
