15.1 Mpg WTF ?

    Wow.. old thread but I'm getting around 17.9 - 18.2 on average, and I'm always bouncing off the redline as much as the auto tranny will let me. 80-85 hwy average here myself. Stock height slighly larger BFG AT's on TRD Off-Road prerunner... ...

    I also only use QuikTrip 91 octain (or Shell 91, Cheveron 91 when QT isn't around). K&N drop-in and TRD cat-back.

    Replaced head unit, tint, blacked out tail lights, 10in sub, billet grill, 3 in front lift, led halo projector lights, camper shell.
    that does suck i know sometimes i got down to like 18 or 16 but it was just cuz i needed to get it serviced or something like that

    well this 07 is now gone and i have a 09 dc 4x4 and just got 17.5 mpg on my first full tank.. im happy..

    Revtek 3" spacer in front 1" block w/ 2" AAL in rear. Blacked out grill, debadged (almost all done), Magnaflow muffler, black Konig Countersteer Off Road rims, 285/75/16 Toyo Open Country M/Ts.
    You should check to see if your speedo is accurate. The speedo on my 09 dcab short bed read 2 mph faster at highway and cruising speed then what radars and gps systems told me. With my 33's the gps and my speedo are right on the money. Its worth checkin out because you will rack up miles faster and have a false mpg calculation.

    OK I will get the worst milage out of all of you... :D
    I drive 3 miles to work and 3 miles back and then when i do hit the freeway i have my jetskis or my boat behind me... I average about 15ish
    been down to 14 in the winter and only gotten up to 18-19 on the freeway keeping it at about 72MPH (around 2K)

    When i tow on the freeway I get around 16
