Same here man. Just feel like the simple wheels are perfect for the simple truck. Nothing flashy or stylish, just clean. I get a lot of compliments on them actually, the big flashy wheels didn’t get any, just got some looks going down the road. Can’t say they were all good ones lol, don’t recommend moro metals. I was younger with extra cash and didn’t have a plan yet.

My truck is 2wd. I don’t go off road at all. Already got it stuck in wet grass and mud lol. I just prefer the look, i have a daily driver 2000 honda civic that gets 30mpg. It allows me to run a lift and big tires without having to worry about the 14mpg. Over all I don’t think lifting it is for everyone, like I said I just needed it a little bigger for my personal preference.

It's good you have a Civic as a DD. Also keeps the miles of your Tacoma :fistbump:

Yeah actually didnt take that long, I did it all myself and got a bunch of second hand parts to make it affordable. You can still have a good time with 2wd, put a locker in the back and youll be surprised.

Tuesdays are my one day that I don't have any college classes, but I still spent all day working on an essay I have due on Thursday. Also, they are painting my apartment building, and they taped a piece of paper over my window, so now I can't sit at my desk and stare longingly at my Taco.:annoyed:

    Ouch!:sorry:

Pretty good. Did pretty well at my CDL class. I'm slowly learning and getting better at the stuff I have to say and do. Today was dad's first full day back home from the hospital so we're all extremely happy about that:)

2wd obviously is never and will never be as good as 4WD, but since my truck has a locker 2wd has very much shocked me. For the people near me in CA ive been able to do all of the green and blue trails at Hollister Hills SVRA. Eventually when I do a 4wd swap with a front locker this truck will do blacks no problem. Basically 2WD you just have to muscle your way up things, but ive done some obstacles that are easy for 4wd but looks impossible for 2wd even with a locker. I dont have pictures of the more challenging trails yet but when Hollister opens back up ill be sure to get some.

Just found this thread. I barely qualify for the age group at 25....do I get a senior discount?? Here's my 2019 SR5. I've done a few minor things to it but just really enjoy it as my daily driver!

You’re doing this wrong. Take your computer out to the truck and write from the bed. Weather must be nice in AZ this time of year
