'15 Access Cab... complete kit?

Looked around for a kit for my Access Cab, I'm on a tight budget and can really only afford less than $400, I found this thing on ebay. Seems similar to the Kicker Hideaway... heard these kind of sound like shit. I want my reggae collection to sound better.

this looks terrible in almost every way possible

1. ghetto, not well intergrated

2. very obvious and will increase theft/break-in worthiness

3. why the hell would you put giant tweeters behind you facing the windshield?

4. does not address terrible stock front speakers
