Nobody wants to do this crap. When it could have been avoided at the engine assembly line.

    153k on my 05. It's required:
    Both rear springs (one broke)
    Alternator
Serp belt and all the tensioners/idlers
second front wheel bearing on one side, 3rd on the other
head gaskets were done at 123k (misfire cylinder 6, covered by dealer as I had just bought it)
Front calipers, actually on third set now

and that's about it other than regular wear items. I'm shooting for 300k.

    2006 Access Cab - 176,500 miles

Prior to my recent frame swap I did the following:

    1. New plugs at 30k, 60k, 90k, 120k, 150k
    2. Front brake pads and rotors at 120k (yes the original ones lasted me 120,000 miles)
    3. Diff fluid and transfer case at 60k
    4. Serp belt at 100k
    5. Tranny fluid at 100k
    6. Had small pass side valve cover gasket leak around 90k

Got my truck back last week from having the frame swap completed (176,000 miles). Had the following done during that time:

    1. New 5100 bilsteins
    2. OME front coils
    3. front wheel bearings (originals had 176,000)
    4. upper ball joints (lowers came with new LCA's and frame)
    5. upper control arm bushings
    6. u-joints
    7. tie rod ends (inner and outer)
    8. water pump
    9. serpentine belt
    10. found out timing cover gasket was also leaking so they resealed
    11. transmission drain and refill

I have the gear oil to change oil in diffs and transfer case, just need a day to do it.

2007 A/C 4cyl 5 speed with 195,000 miles. Both front wheel bearings, both front calipers, rotors, rear drums, pads and shoes. Did the plugs at 130K,and first brake job at same time, they really didn't need it. Broke the stock rear springs and AAL's and went with Expo's. Blew out one rear 5100 (my fault). Changed one rear U-joint at around 170-180K . Still original clutch. In my opinion a very low amount of maint. for the way my truck is used. Biggest complaint is looking at my corroding frame. It looks like hell, but I don't think bad enough to get a new one yet.

The coolant leak will show up near the bottom of the water pump...look for orange residue. The timing cover usually leaks on the passenger side toward the bottom near the power steering pump. If it's leaking you'll see the oil coating the lower side of the engine.
