Seattle is crazy for the Tacoma resale value even the 4Runner.

The problem with if it’s a seattle truck it’s whole life you’ll need to replacewear parts a lot sooner.

But that doesn’t sound like a terrible price although the sales tax will hurt you. I think it’s hard to find a decent priced Tacoma here and the few ones that are, are sold within a couple days.

Why would 150k be too many miles?

I’m more concerned about too few miles per year. Under driven cars have more problems than over driven cars.

Before knowing anything about Tacoma’s other than I wanted one, I found mine with 138,000 miles and paid close to $20000. That’s with no maintenance history and tires that were needing to be replaced real soon. I used my credit union and they said even if I didn’t have money to put down, they would finance the full asking price according to value. These things truly hold up on the used market.

Btw, I now have 154,000 miles and did all maintenance whether it needed it or not when I bought it. Just replaced the front shocks and the tie rods and ball joints are still plenty tight.

We gave him what he wanted. We didn't negotiate the price.

It really is insane how these trucks sell according to the local market. For that kind of money it would have to be in near mint condition for me to buy. Biggest thing is the rust and drivetrain. Cam bolts for alignment, condition of u joints.
