I have about 150,000 miles on my 2006 Tacoma 4X4 Access Cab and I need to do some work to get it Happy again.

Here is what I am already planning to do.

    Time for new tires again...
Replacing Struts and Shocks (Stock Suspension)
    Full Alignment
Checking Rear Brakes as I do not know how they are wearing....
    Plugs
    Air Filter
    Cabin Filter???

This vehicle already gets regular maintenance so no worries there.

Any other items I should blindly replace or look at???

    Thanks,
    Erik

I would do all of that, plus a radiator flush, check the front brakes. I would change all the differential fluids, transmission fluid and engine.

That way you have one solid milestone for all service.
