150K Extended Warranty By Portfolio

My Tacoma is nearing 36K.
I was looking into a Platinum was looking into a Toyota Platinum Warranty that would go to 125K. My local dealer also recommended an extended warranty from a company named Portfolio that would go through 150K. I was wondering if any fellow Tacoma owners had experience with Portfolio extended warranties?

If its stock i wouldn't worry about warranties. Im at 90k miles now. I got the truck with 18k miles on it and had it for 6 years now. All I did so far was just oil change, spark plugs, tires, brakes, and 2 front hubs. I think modding voids it no? You gotta look at the contract. I'm pretty sure you still have to pay deductible if you make a warranty claim.
