    Exactly what I thought. Worn out leaf bushings, shock rod end bearings shot, and carrier bearing done. Just maintenance. Need of bath and fresh paint.

    It happens. lol I was out there last weekend. A lot will change but super is the same ole super. Fast stuff for those guys, sand for those guys, crawl stuff for the mild crawlers and rocks.

    It is like OW but everything is 5 mins apart not 5-10 miles apart. It has more of a sand area than OW. The washes aren't as 'highway like' as they are at OW either. Yes the wind will change things. Last weekend the sand was perfect for traction. Wet with a little fluff. The flats weren't too muddy just no dust. The rain also smoothed out the whoops and took away all the sand edges. It was a mid travel's wet dream. It could be like that. It also could be super soft which also means the flats are fast as the sand will fill in the hard whoops around the base of the mountain. Or it could be a mud fest like 2 years ago. One nice thing about super is as long as the current weather is ok you find a spot. Muddy/ Hit the sand. Dry and fluffy? hit the flats and haul ass.

    2 years ago was the first trip after my divorce. I got pretty stupid. Last year had the kids so I baby sat. Hopeful of somewhere in the middle this year.

    In the years past @YumaTRD and others would take a small collection and buy bulk wood. It was always nice to not have to worry about enough wood or people trying to share. Every year we have done this we always had more than enough for a few dollars a piece. I have hauled wood in the past. Until a weekend is picked I don't know how much room I will have.
