That is the outer (wheel bearing) not the one, that is causing problem. It's the inner needle bearing, in diff that is causing the problem.

You're probably good. Seems only some early 3rd gens have the old needle bearing, Toyota clearing their stock of differentials. They didn't have enough coming back to stop using them. Not even everybody that lifts it with the old needle bearing got the vibes. But I'm betting money you're good. Sure somebody else will chime in.

I wanted too. But mechanic foreman told me if Toyota found out it was lifted they wouldn't pay him for the work. Plus all they would do is put another needle bearing in.

Took mine in 3x for the groan every time the dealer said "Your BFG AT KO2 tires, are over sized with uneven wear are causing the noise" took it back with OEM wheels and tires and dealer states their is an insulation pads they can install to dampen the noise. Toyota needs some better techs

OME suspension kit (887 Coils, Nitrocharger Shocks, Dakar Medium Duty Leaf Packs), Proline Bed Rack, Alu-Cab Gen 3 RTT, 300 Industries USMC Grille, Mobtown Off-road front recovery bar, RCI rear hidden hitch bumper with Rigid SR-Q back up lights, RCI steel skids and sliders, ShiftSense Pro, Relentless Fabrication bed rail mounts, Rago Fabrication antenna, fire extinguisher and hood latch mounts, KCHilites Gravity G4 amber fog lights, Baja Designs Squadron Pros, Falken Wildpeaks 265/75/16, MXT400 Midland GMRS, Bearcat 980 SSB CB, Hella Supertone horns.
I had an OME suspension kit installed at 3,500 miles (887's, Nitrochargers, medium duty Dakars) by a reputable off road shop and experienced vibrations immediately in the 15-25 mph range on acceleration and deceleration. When I brought it back to them for the 500 mile check they took the spacers out and it more or less mitigated the acceleration vibrations, but still have them noticeably on deceleration. Their concern was mitigating the vibrations when the truck was under power. They indicated that sometimes vibrations on deceleration is to be expected. I have also had a low howling noise coming from somewhere on the truck at all different speeds, my best uneducated guess was the drive line. After two trips to two different dealerships they essentially ignored or brushed off my concern regarding the howling/whining. Upon the third trip to the first dealer (and a new service manager) they indicated that there was a TSB for a front differential replacement, with one in his shop having the replacement performed, and that that may be the issue. It is noted on my service records that I have an aftermarket suspension/lift, and I a currently at 12,200 miles. My truck is scheduled for diagnostics this Monday, 02/18.

Spacers removed = problem solved. It was that simple for me. The ride is so much better too - noticed it immediately.

If it goes away when you engage 4x4, it's your needle bearing. Easy to diagnose
