In the process of replacing the rack, the steering wheel is now one rotation off. Alignment was successful. Truck steers great. ABS will recalibrate, but not VSC. Do I have to replace the steering linkage VSC sensor to recalibrate at this point? Thanks.

One tooth? How many threads showing each tie rod?

I’ve replaced hundreds of racks and never have to deal with abs or vsc.

if it’s off one tooth you need to fix it so that it’s equal rotations left to right.

This was my first Tacoma rack. I tied off the steering wheel to maintain center, screwed up later by turning the wheel before reattaching steering link. The steering wheel is one full turn off. It is centered and steers great, just cannot recalibrate VSC. Thanks.
