    I want 16's but the wheel I really want is made no smaller than 17" so I decided I'll go with that and a 33" tire. Especially because I want to do off roading.

    With metric tires the tire size DOES change with rim size. With standard inch measurements it does not as you stated.

    I know it's been said but I would go with 16's just becasue it's less wheel to get scuffed out on the trails - however if you don't plan to taking that kind of risk 17's or even 18's for sure, they look awesome.

    I have 17s on now, but had 15s on my '99 tacoma.......I personally think a beefier tire looks better on a truck/suv

    You have good taste in wheels!! I love those DCs, almost went with em (kinda wish a would have)......Just curious tho, why didn't you go with the DC2s with the black center piece?
