    so I ordered some atx wheels 16X8 for my 2012 Taco access cab stock if I get some 265/75R16 would it fit good or would it Rub ?

    It depends on the backspacing.

    Mmm I’m new to this so I’m not too sure these wheels are 0 offset how would I find out backspacing specs

    With 4.5” of backspace you’ll be able to fit 265/75/16s. You’re good man.

    I have the AX202's in the exact same spec (16x8 0mm offset, 4.5" backspace) on 265/75 tires. Tested on and off road, and no rub, even at full lock. You do have to remove the front mud flaps, but otherwise no CMC or trimming required.
