Did you have to get rings for these to fit our hub bore? Or just let the lugs Center? Was gonna pull the trigger on these just worried about vibrations.

You need to get the correct lug nuts. The standard aftermarket acorn seat won't work. The lug nuts will center the wheels.

First I wanted to say thank you to the OP on getting these wheels looking better than the original design. Hope it’s cool that I add in my results on this thread. I like the wheels but the center cap is just an eyesore IMO. I wanted to get the center cap as flush as possible with the hub bore of the wheel. Here is what I came up with:
4 OE TRD center caps: https://www.amazon.com/Genuine-Toyo...keywords=TRD+center+cap&qid=1576895653&sr=8-6
4 hub covers (found compatible size to fit 108mm/4.25”) https://www.summitracing.com/parts/gor-hc214ss/
    1 tube of glue: https://www.amazon.com/Amazing-GOOP-II-142100-Adhesive/dp/B00LDYKF9I/ref=sr_1_5?crid=TKYYFWGD44M7&keywords=goop+glue&qid=1576896300&sprefix=Goop+%2Caps%2C218&sr=8-5
You can definitely cut the original KMC hub covers as did the OP for a true flush fit. I didn’t really feel like cutting, filing, sanding etc .... the hub covers I got from summit are 1.7” in height which give the center cap a .2” “poke out”. Removed the metal clip on the TRD caps and they popped right in the shorter hub covers. One had a little wiggle so I decided to add in the goop glue to all of the assemblies. Got everything properly scuffed and clean for paint. Finished them off in Krylon Fusion satin black. Happy with the way everything turned out. Might add some vinyl TRD overlays to give some contrast.
