'17 Entune Not Seeing New Android Phone Contacts

Searched Google, read through here, and the owner's manual, and stumped now.
2017 TRD OR Premium Tech package, not JBL but one step below. Old Motorola X4 worked great seeing the contacts on the HU with texts and calls. I never uploaded my contacts to the truck.
New phone Motorola Edge 5g only shows numbers of texts and calls but does not show the contacts on the phone.
Entune on my phone and BT works as it should. What am I missing?

 

I don't know. I have a 17 OR as well and I had a Samsung S8, and just recently got an S20, and it's showing all of my contacts. Maybe it has something to do with the phone not the truck? Sorry I'm not really any help. The only thing I did was to delete my S8 out of the list, and added the S20

 

I think it has to do with the 5g SIM card and the truck. I think the old SIM out of the X4 worked as usual.

 

Damn it! The new phone Bluetooth setting for the truck did not have “share contacts” switched on.
