Hey merlin, I just got my beadlock wheels in today, and since you already had your tires installed, did you put the beadlock ring on before the tire installment, or after?

I had the tire installer do it. But I'm almost certain that he did it after everything else was finished.

Mine transferred over without any problems. I think as long as they are both alloy wheels (vs steel), you should be good to go.

Anyone know if I can run 265/65-17's with these? I see the 4runner uses 265/70-17's. assuming I can since its still the same width, just not as tall.

Howdy! I just bought a 2011 4x4 Taco... Just joined this forum...& WAMMO!! Just scored on this TRD deal!! I got the matte Blk ones. Stoked!! Many thanks goes to this forum & the person who arranged this deal I've been reading through this thread & a few people mentioned they were told that their purchase was the last set, I was told the same today..so, if any one else is still interested I hope that u too will get the "last set" anywho...I bought the lugs/spline drive too that were mentioned from wheelers off road $53 for 24lugs in the black color, the color should look tits w/ the wheels! Question: Does anyone have recommendations for the type of spare rim I should get for the new 17" set..should I have gotten a 5th TRD? Do u guys like to rotate ur spare in w/ the rest or not & why? Also, where's the best deal to be had for the Bilstein 5100s?

    Thank u 4 any & all recommendations

Your stock spare will work, and depending on what size tires you get, you might not even have get a new tire for it. You can use the tire size calculator here to figure out exactly what you need.

I have a quick question for anyone that bought the beadlock wheels, will the new lug nuts (either TRDs or aftermarket) fit the steel spare in a emergency?

That's what I am worrying about, so I will have to keep 6 of my old lug nuts in the truck if I ever need to use the spare. When I get my tires mounted on my new wheels, I guess I will have to try the spare with the new lug nuts, to see if they can work together.

Thanks 4 the tip! After a little www research I've concluded to buy a 5th TRD wheel & rotate the spare in, to my understanding by doing this the treads last 20% longer & u always have a spare that's in the same condition as the others Lisa said she could include another for $180...SHWEET!!
