17 OR Side Mirror Defrost Not Working

Does anybody have the wiring diagram for the side mirror defrost? My passenger side works okay most of the time but here recently the driver side defrosts very slowly and only on the edges of the mirror. I’m not familiar with what the heating coils look like inside the mirror but there is definitely a problem either with the coils or a wire. Any insight is appreciated, would like to get both defrosters working better than they currently do if possible.

 

So if I’m reading it correctly all mirror functions pass through the O2 and O3 relays respectively. So if the number 2 pin on each relay is fine, and I have continuity between the relay and the mirror itself, what else could be the culprit? Has anyone else dealt with this issue?

 

Just following up were you able to fix the issue i have the similar problem but on the passenger side mirrow is it a fuse problem or a part replacement problem

 

If I'm not mistaken, the mirror itself does not heat up. It is glued to a pad that does the heating. At least that's the way it worked on my VW Jetta.
