So where is the rubbing? Is it just the mud flaps, or are they rubbing deeper in the wheel well? The reason I ask is I have a tendency to make a lot of tight U-turns, or tight turns into elevated parking lots. I don't want to run into issues with this as I also don't plan on lifting my truck at all, as the stock height is plenty high for me.

The wheels look good on your trucks though!

Yeah, I totally agree. When I read about rubbing it is a major red flag to me. That said, the amount of rubbing is so small that it rarely happens and when it does is hardly noticeable.

This is only day 1 for me, but I think the rubbing is only with the front flaps on the part that ever-so-slightly protrudes. It is harmless.

Yeah in the middle of the flap if turning braking and going over a bump like a driveway. Barely touches have no regrets would get these again for sure.now I just get my braking done before I hit the driveway. never happens now

Thanks guys for all the info. Just ordered the wheels from Olathe Toyota.

This is probably a stupid question, but here goes it. Are the TPMS sensors specific to what wheel they go on?

To some degree yes. Your current TRD sensors will work in the new wheels.

Possibly I should have been more specific. I understand that my TPMS sensors will work in the wheels, but will the rear left sensor need to go back in the rear left wheel? I just don't want the rear-left sensor to end up on the front-right and it's all messed up.

No, you can move them around and then just re-calibrate with the TPMS button in your cab. (near where the hood release is)

first post on here gents, I have been lurking for a while. Awesome rigs from all, so to my question- I want to buy some TRD Pro wheels- but I am currently stock height. Soon I will be looking into the Eiback spring + 5100 Billstein lift, I do not want to go very high so I think this will get me a little over an inch of lift. I will run my stock 265/65/17 tires initially and then go to a 265/70/17 BFG. Finally my question- is there any foreseeable issue with this scenario? I see many going with the FN wheel because of the offset, can someone advise as to why one would be better than the other for my situation- or is it a wash (a non-issue in my scenarios)? Thanks in advance for any help.

Lots of members here are running the TRD Pro wheels with 265/70/17 tires with no issues on stock suspension. I'm putting this setup on tonight.

TyFx, thanks for the response. I see that in a lot of posts. I have had 5 different trucks in the last 9 years, they have all had various levels of lifts. I don't want to go over the top but I HATE any rubbing and I do NOT want to trim. I also hate the current downward rake of the stock suspension, hence the proposed Spring + 5100's in the near future. My concern is that the offset of the wheel , rub on anything or mess with any angles. A few posts up someone is saying they are going with the FN due to offset. I have NO plans of going with a 285 tire but I want to make sure before purchasing these wheels.
