I joined the 'storm trooper' movement - and added a decal for that too :)
265-70-17 KO2s, no lift, no rub, ... and the TRD 17s.

Just ordered the 17" TRD Pro's. Due to the offset would it be possible to run 255/75/17 without lift? According to tirerack only .5" taller than the 265/70/17, but about $50 cheaper per tire.

Pulled the trigger, had my tires and tpms swapped from the stock wheels for $140 locally (DC area). Dealer wanted $260 to do it! BS. Now selling stock sport wheels... will be listing them shortly, but if anyone has a need message me!
She's almost all black and blue...

Had the black side out on my stock wheels, switched sides for the TRDs for a change and little different look. Just gave it a little edge IMO.

Sunset Hills Auto in Reston, VA. Dropped it off @ 7am, no real appointment, called me @ 9:30am to tell me it was done. Quoted me $170, charged $140 when I picked it up. Good service.

Quick question for all you guys that have pulled the trigger on this set up, have you just taken your truck to the dealer to get the speedometer and odometer calibrated after you had the bigger tires installed? This is something that just occurred to me as I was just about to pill the trigger on the wheels.

265/70/17 - come in at 31.65" and they dwarf the stock tires.

No, I did not. Depending on the manufacter the diameter between 265/70/16 (stock) and 265/70/17 is 1" to 1.70". To me it's not enough to effect the speedo to a significant degree 1.3% thereabouts I think.

What? You have stock TPMS now right? Nothing is needed. I went to Walmart Auto on my way to work and they transferred over the TPMS for FREE and was done in under an hour.
