Okay okay, I ordered this damn wheel in Matte Black although I really liked the gloss grey for my silver Taco. Salinas Toyota, $782 total after $200 FREESHIP coupon. Ordered this morning, got the tracking numbers this afternoon! Had to give up on the KMC Impact OL in Silver Machined which is what I really wanted, because they are vaporware at this time. Needed to get moving cuz it's time to take the snow tires/wheels off! I also want to order Gorilla lugs and I saw the part number on some thread here (with a pic of the box) but I can't find it again. Also have some Falkens coming as well.

Yes! That looks great! I have a 2nd Gen but the concept is the same. I'll get over the KMC's and this is a solid second choice! Stock suspension, so 265/70 for me. Eventually I'll lift a little and go taller, and skinnier too!

Yeah it's a shame cuz the OL's in silver are great looking wheels but unfortunately KMC are just blowing smoke! Well, at least one white Tacoma has a set!kmc-km724-impact ol-toyota tacoma 10.jpg

Shallow depth photography always makes an interesting picture, but I'm still trying to decide if this example had the intended effect.

Yeah, the tilt-shift perspective can make your Toy look like one. This is off KMC's website so I'm not sure what they were after.

Black lug nuts are definitely needed with the black wheels. Well done.

Finally. Gloss Gray, gun metal, I don’t know. I like them though.

I’ve been wanting these for years and finally pulled the trigger! I got 265/70/17 Michelin LTX AT2’s put on them. Costco refused to mount them on my truck because of the minimal size difference, so I got to do that part myself!

The tires did rub on the small splash guards under the front bumper with the wheels turned all the way so I just took them off.

Looks good. Costco is a pain when it comes to size change. Tire prices are good if your staying stock.

Can you run the p275/70/17 wildpeaks on a 3rd gen offroad without a lift and no rubbing? Getting them wed. And they are going to add a 2” spacer lift. But id rather save for something better on the lift later if possible.

On stock wheels, you are gonna rub. But 2" lift on sema wheels you should be fine. That's what I run. Sema wheels, 275 wildpeaks, 2" TRD lift kit
