I don't even have tires for them yet, but I couldn't pass up the deal. They're used but in great condition. I'm excited to mount them once I can afford tires (if ever lol)

Yep, I know what you mean. My sema's sat in the garage for 3 years before I got them on. Best of luck with the tires

Where is everyone getting TPMS sensors for the new wheels? Looks like OEM from the dealer are around $80 each. A lower-cost option would be great.

I know you can switch the sensors over from the old wheels, but I was thinking of keeping the old ones intact to sell. Plus I'm pretty sure you have to dismount the tires to get the sensors out.

I kept my sensors and they just replaced them on the old wheels with a regular valve stem. They didn’t have to dismount the tire to take the sensors off. They just pushed the tire down enough to get them off. The person that bought my wheels and tires had a second gen taco so he was all set.

    Hello everyone!

I just had 2 of these center caps stolen and wondering if there is an alternate center cap for these, flat or one that uses the lug nuts to hold them? Before I buy another set I’m trying to see if there is something more theft resistant, any help is appreciated!

PS I used the search function but most of the info was on the FN center wheels/cap but nothing that I saw said it would fit these.

What lugnuts are those? I paid a pretty penny for the Gorilla ones that match the wheels and they're already rusting after just one winter

I'm honesty not sure. The dealer installed them and didn't charge extra for them, so no complaints.

Finally got the SEMA wheels installed with Toyo ATIII tires 265/70/17, stock suspension. Made a few small cosmetic changes too. Really changes the look! (my wife says I need to switch out to the black lugs lol)

New TPMS sensors will cost way more than what you’ll make off selling your sensors still installed in your old wheels. There are a lot of Toyotas out there that your old wheels will fit on that wouldn’t even be able to use the sensors too (someone may want to buy them for a ‘99 4runner for example).

When I got my SEMAs installed, I asked America’s Tire (which is what Discount Tire is called here in California) to reuse my TPMS sensor in my new wheels, which worked fine. But I had them fully unmount the old tires (which still had lots of tread) from the old wheels because I thought it would be easier to sell the wheels and tires separately (and they both sold pretty fast on FB/Offerup - within a week or less).

The shop tried to charge me $40 to dismount the old tires at first, but I brought up the fact that their mounting and balance charge ($22 per tire) included dismounting the old tires. They said that didn’t apply because I got new wheels and I gave them “the look” for a moment and asked, “What difference does that make? You’re really going to charge me $40 more ($10 x 4 wheels) for the 5 seconds it takes to pull the old wheel off the machine and stick the new wheel on… To mount the new tires that I just bought from you for $1000?” The manager’s ears must have been ringing and he must have gotten the (correct) sense they’ll probably lose a long time customer in the future over this $40 bullshit fee, so he walked over and said, “We’ll go ahead and unmount the old tires for no charge”. And he retained a customer.

This is the least chromed-out Limited I’ve ever seen and I love it.

Which lug nuts are you using?

Thanks! Couldn't stand the chrome so I bought the Limited with this exact setup in mind (since I couldn't get a TRD Pro allocation anywhere). I bought them from BAM Wholesale Parts. Part number PT076-60200-02 ... total cost was $48.36 for lugnuts all four wheels.

While I over analyze KO2 vs Wildpeak vs Open Country, my wheels wait patiently. Working a black/matte black theme and went ahead and applied the tvdvinyls letters to the center caps.3932580C-3A5E-4C7F-9415-9E881942B77B.jpg
