17x8, -10 offset....will 265/65/17 fit on otherwise stock 4x4 sr5 second gen?

i have my eyes on a set of 17x8, -10...i'm not happy about the offset but the style of wheel is limited to that. it works out to 4.1" of backspacing. the calc i always use says it will stick out 2" more than normal.

truck needs to stay untrimmed and i don't have a lift. will it work?


i'll adjust tire size if necessary; there was a thread on here with a guy who had severe issues with what seemed to be that same fitment so i think i might be stuck.

i wish there were wheels available that looked like the grid b/ countersteer x/ te-37x. anything remotely close to that seems to be unavailable, as i'd like to have a better offset situation than -10.

You will be fine. 265/65R17 will fit without any issue on stock 4x4/PreRunner suspension.
