    Hey TW,

So I want to get the procomp 7089s. Ive searched through the threads but can find the answer I'm looking. How far out will 17x9s stick out compared to 17x8 running 285/70/17s, and are there any advantages or disadvantage to either?

    Thanks.

What's the back spacing? I have 16x8 Moto Metals with 4.5 bs and they sit about flush with the fender.

I think the 9" would be more ideal for a much wider tire. If your just gonna run a 285-295 I would think a 8" more ideal...others will chime in i'm sure :)

I can't say for doing the 9's with 4.5 bs, but mine should give you an idea for the 8's. But I thought I understood that if going with a 9" wide wheel then you need less bs to clear when turning. :notsure:

They will clear the UCA's but that's alot of tire to stuff in there without a lift? I would say no...unless u are going to do alot of trimming
