Will 285/70/17 tire size fit onto a 17x9in rim? I'm having a hard time figuring out what set up I should put on my 05 Tacoma with a 3in lift. Any ideas?

The tire manufacturer lists the approved wheels widths for each of their tires on their website. Generally speaking, 9" wide wheels are appropriate for 285's.
