I'd like to keep my 18" Limited wheels after the lift is installed. Has anyone done this? Any issues?

Lift is the Dobinsons 2" quick. Camburg UCAs. 255s.

I'd like to stay away from spacers as I've no experience with them. & sorry if this has been covered before but I can't find any threads/post concerning this issue.

18” wheels less side wall for off-roading. 16’s or 17’s at the biggest that’s me. 18’s are for mini trucks. Just saying.
