    yes, absolutely i am for the justice of laws. but, i would not want anyone to get into more trouble than is deemed necessary. yes, it is wrong of the kid to spout off about all his tickets and how he can get out of them. quite frankly it pisses me off that this is how our justice system works. loopholes and down right wrong doings are totally different things.

    I was hoping this forum wouldn't have the "I have obnoxious tint and I got pulled over for it" threads like a lot of other forums I'm on. Having 1% tint is just asking for it. You might as well flag down the cop and request the ticket. Prick or not, he was doing his job. You were in obvious violation and you got a ticket just like anyone else would. I also hate when people use their connections to try and get out of everything. Should be glad your state even allows 35% alot of states only allow 70% on front windows. My last car only had 35% but that was technically illegal by PA standards. Nothing wrong with having illegal tint, just expect a ticket at some point and deal with it.
