sadly no, I have to miss another one, but for good reason. Our baby is due the 31st so I’m sticking close to home for the time being.

Thanks man! I'm sure we will wheel together eventually. We couldn't be more excited.

I was going to say, Pat's always down to wheel.

Anyone know if there is a fire ban? Also, anyone bringing firewood?

There were designated fire pits. Call for latest.

That doesn't matter if there is a county wide fire ban. Fire ban means no fires no matter where they are.

It’s best to paint when it’s raining. :anonymous:

finally “done” with the bumper and skid. I had to skip making mid point mounts for the skid because I just didn’t have the time. I’ll add them later Nd hope this will hold up in the meantime.

I keep a close eye on that type of stuff. As far as I know there has not been any fire ban issued for central Pennsylvania.

that said, I really wish I could make this event but with everything going on with Covid wheeling has taken a backseat to everything else.

I was supposed to go out to Moab in June but that got shot to hell. We ended up trying to postpone it until the end of September early October and now with all of the uncertainty bullshit that’s going on that has been postponed as well.

honestly, today was the first time I’ve driven my truck in a while, delivered some trash cans to a customer.

    It’s quite sad actually.

I plan to bring wood, but with the current leaf pack issue, I'm packing as light as possible. Have a buddy riding out with, if he's not loaded down I'll throw a little extra in.

As of this morning no burn bans in place.

With the rain last did RC wash away again?

I understand completely , having had to take a couple years off myself for various reasons, and my opinion is that it will be even better when you can join us on the trails.

As of 11AM Thursday. High probability of rain in Ping Grove today. Drops to ~20% 12 noon Friday. Less Saturday.

Evening update: They are now calling for intermittent showers. Bring rain gear.
