I have a voodoo blue TRD pro when trying to use my phone for a conversation through the Toyota system I cannot hear the person on the other end they say they can hear me fine. Recently took it to Toyota they requesting for it to go back is anyone else having this issue.

Quite a few things at this point..
Sometimes people forget that their phone itself needs to have the volume turned up while connected to the car. As in after you have connected to the vehicle, take your phone in your hand and physically turn the volume up with your volume controls on the side of your phone, then use the volume knob on vehicle console. But I'm sure you did all troubleshooting before taking it in?

When I picked up my 20 we set up the phone, all worked fine. Since then, an update came down from Apple. I lost the ability for people to hear me. I deleted the phone from the system and then re-paired it, good to go so give that a try.

It’s a little better but not even close to my 16 TRD OFF seems to be only coming out from my front speaker.
