'19 VooDoo Blue ?

Hi all. I was curious if you can tell me if the VooDoo Blue only comes in the TRD Pro package on the Tacoma right now? Seems to be that way, but wasn't sure. Any news on the '20 and if it will be done in all Tacomas?

Wife currently has a white '16 TRD Sport and REALLY loves that blue. Thought about trading it in. Worth it going from a '16 to a '19 or should wait for the '20 out in the next few months?

Personally I dont think its worth it to trade for any year just for a color, but its not my money to spend! Voodoo is only offered on the 2019 PROs. Considering Cavalry came down to the lower trimmed Tacomas in 2019, you may have a good shot at waiting for the 2020's.

Oh I get it, ha. But you know how women are. She just loves that blue. Also seeing the upgraded features on the '20, for sure helps. If we can get it for about the same payment, pretty sure she'd do it.

 

I cant even hate, my wife got a 2018 4Runner OffRoad Premium because she liked the red stitching on the leather seats Id imagine the 2020s will hit dealer lots around Sep-Oct. I would see if its offered in 2020, you won't be limited to a PRO that way

 

Currently a PRO color only, but if tradition holds, it'll likely be standard next year. Personally, I love the color in the right context -> Pro 4Runner

Went to the toyota website to look at the new features. Pano cameras look interesting, but this bit made me spit out my coffee:

Yep, those power seats will be nice. Tacoma is great for her, but I always feel a little cramped driving it and can't lower the seat, so I feel too tall, ha. That may or may not change even with the power seat, but we'll see.

That's why I drive a Tundra, ha. But I do really like her Tacoma and is perfect for her.

 

I don't see how the power seat seating position is going to be any different than the manual? I've seen manual seats with lumbar support, it was just a roller that pushed forward against your back.


Edit: The power seats should be controlled via the touch screen display.

Probably but I haven't seen to much online, also haven't looked too much.

 

Any update on the color availability, i totaled my 17 midnight blue. I would get that color if it came back but im also liking the voodo blue

I Hawaii you can. Seen this unicorn in Honolulu today. SR5 with limited wheels and Pro grill. Special badging too!

 

Yep, just seeing the 2020 hit the ground. No incentives right now though since they are brand new. May have to hold out just a little longer.
