It’s parked in a gated commercial property, don’t think anyone had batted an eye.

It doesn’t have a bonded title. It has a California salvage title from Pick-n-Pull. All he needs to do is get a Smog, taillight inspection, and pay the DMV the registration fee. That’s it.

You can get that here too. I tried to get that for the 5-Lug, but it required paying the NADA value of the truck to the DMV and having them hold it as a deposit for five years. If no one contests the title, you get your money back after that five year period and a bonded title.

My 5-lug was valued at $5,025 by NADA and I wasn’t about to pay that, so I didn’t go through with it.

I mean really, since he plans to use it as a "candy van", not having a valid plate is not such a big concern. Probably be best to slap a stolen plate on it and call it good.

We understand. Everyday can't be Toyota mod day. They need to be #1 sometimes, the women that is, not the Toyotas.

Figured out why the rear air doesnt work. Also found i need a whole top trim piece/air duct i dont have in order to complete the rear air vents. But man a mouse or something must of lived here. And so much of the plastic is cracked. Gunna see what i can super glue back together

Wouldn't you just love to be there when one of those little SOBs bites into the cable in a Hybrid and sucks up 300volts.
