1988 4runner idle issue

so i just bought a 1988 4runner with the 3vzfe motor idle is chopping it’s so low, it sounds like it doesn’t have a misfire ,i have done routine work plugs wires distributor cap new fluids vaccume lines air filter oil filter fuel filter. but it still has around a 400 idle. my next move is the tps sensor and after that i may mess around the adjuster bolt on the distributed cap and see if it it’s slight over time has moved out of timing. here’s a video of it running if anyone had any ideas feel free to share what you think or your opinions. all else fails i’ll throw a 3.4 in the damn thing lol

 

update someone say something lol, after replacing the mass airflow sensor and throwing a new egr valve at it it holds a relatively steady idle it takes a while to warm up but at temp in park it idles at around 750-1k idle which is fairly normal i’ve heard my concern is that under load (in gear) it’s as if the car drives with a misfire if you are keeping it slow around 1-1.5k rpms it acts regularly but in 1st and 2nd gear is seems as if it has a unresponsivness around 2-3k rpms or a simple lack of power , it’s very oddly specific .
here’s what ive noticed out of the ordinary when it is at a low idle the butterfly in the mass air flow sensor clacks around and makes a knocking sound even the new one, cylinder 2s spark plug comes out spotless like not a single drop of oil no crustys nothing. and lastly the dash pot on the throttle body is missing it’s end cap i recon if i replace the throttle body it will come with a new dash pot and that will fix that problem and im thinking about replacing the fuel injector for cylinder 2. thanks guys someone tell me what they know
