I was up until 3 last night getting the emulator to work. Uploading 12,000 ROM files takes a while.

I am picking him up at 6 tonight so I’ve got exactly 6 hours and 15 minutes.

You know, I was thinking this would take longer due to your guys' power cut off etc. getting in the way.

I can blame my truck that broke down in the middle of downtown San Francisco the other day.

Instead of bringing the cabinet to him, I’ll have to bring him to the cabinet.

He just got power back last night. My power never went off luckily. If it did I’d have to lug the whole cabinet to my apartment in SF for power haha

These are genuine commercial Suzo-Happ arcade buttons and Cherry micro switches. They’re the real deal.

And simply because I am extra, we are making the Royton Oldham 25 cent coin acceptors function with the emulator. This means you’ll have to insert coins to play a game.

    BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE!

A normal person would just cut the old proprietary connector off and solder new wires. But I am not a normal person. I have spare Molex connectors from making harnesses on my truck, so I de-pinned the factory connector so I could retrofit my own.

That’s fantastic. I was wondering if you were going to keep the coin-op.

Definitely. Although the person who was mote shocked was our other friend, who, in shock, said: “You know none of us can ever top this, right?”
