1994 Toyota truck Idle Help

Hey guys, trying to get this 3.0 L v6 engine to idle at around 800-1000 RPM, instead of 300-500 RPM. Need it to have the correct idle speed so I can set the timing on it. I got one of those Haynes service manuals and the pictures in them are extremely bad and I can't find what they are talking about. If anyone has a picture of the screw that you need to adjust to set the idle time that would be greatly appreciated!
