Used to be a line-x salesman truck. 5 speed, 3.4L, extra cab. they messed up the wiring in the whole thing though. it's bday is March 2nd, 1995!
bringing up a dead thread but my 95 was built in 02/95 but it looks exactly like a friends 06/95 however my truck has split bench, cruise control, ac, tilt wheel, automatic locking hubs, factory hitch, manual windows locks and mirriors, can someone tell me whether i should call my truck a "pickup" or "tacoma"

Hard to see in the small avatar, but looks like a Tacoma...

One thing I have noticed, extended cab Tacoma's have the bottom of the rear-side window at the same level as the door window... The earlier pickups have these quarter windows that extend lower down the body than the door glass...

There are also subtle differences in the grills...

    Just what I have noted...

    4 run, 2 don't
If you've got a 5VZ, you've got a Tacoma (based on your V6 detail in your signature).

The differences inside are just options available.

Think of two Chevy Silverados, one with leather and one with cloth. Same truck, different options.
