    1995 Toyota Tacoma 2.4 liter manual extra cab 2wd

    My 1995 Tacoma 2.4 leader 2wd extra cab manual won't pass smog. It keeps throwing a code saying the catalytic converter is bad but I replaced it and it is still throwing the same code anybody have any good ideas on how to either bypass this or fix it or something any tricks

    Can I ask if you drove the truck enough for the system to “cycle” and be sure the CEL didn’t come back on.

    I’m pretty sure it isn’t just a clear the light and then plug it in.

    Factory converter or an aftermarket may be your issue also.
