Hello. My son purchased a 1995 Toyota 4x4 pick up. I do not believe it is a Tacoma. We are still learning the difference. My question is will 31”x 10.5 bfGoodrich at tires fit without a lift??

2.5" lift, JBA UCA, OME rear leafs, 33s...
It is the model before they got the name "Tacoma." Some people will call it a Hilux, since that's what it is called in every other country. Assuming they're the same or similar geometry as the 1st gen Tacomas, you should be able to get up to a 32" without problems.
