She’s off to paint and bodywork folks. Only took a year to get here even though I got the quote the first week I had it

 

Getting her back on Sunday. Racked up plenty of parts in the interim. Will update soon. Moving in 5 short weeks

Been a long time coming on this one

 

Still need to wet sand, paint the flairs, put the stripes on, and badging. But this is a huge improvement

 

Crazy to think where I started with this project. Everyone wondered what I was thinking

 

Do you have the Aisin part number from post #228. Sits on the rear driver’s frame. Can’t find it.

one of these may have met its end here earlier this week on some sketchy ice on the i-80 bridge over the MO river, it was either a 95.5 or 96 red one

Cleaning up

 

Installed a second one of these yesterday under the passenger seat. Ran the wires for the back up camera and cleaned up some of my old wiring sins. Now it’s a respectable system

 

Took it back for detailing and wet sand. Flares body matched

 

Flares mocked up. Need to reweather seal them
