    New Wheels and tires✔️ all terrain

    Frame restoration ✔️✔️

    exhaust relocation.✔️ new flowmaster delta 40

    12v outlet repair✔️

    Deep clean✔️✔️✔️ 3 cans of oxy clean and 2 clay bars.

    New Clear corners and markers & bulbs✔️

    Seats✔️ 4Runner limited 97

    Intake✔️ Airaid upper intake pipe

    New 02 sensor ✔️ Oem Denso

    Brake upgrade ✔️ new tundra 13wl / Brembo rotors. Ceramic pads

    Wheel adapters ✔️ new rugged ridge :/ ordered spydertrax but these showed up and I needed them on

    Alpine sub installation pwe-s8 ✔️

    New LED interior lights ✔️ Phillips 194b

    ac light #74 bulb✔️

    Purchased ac compressor after blowing up mine recharging the system.✔️

    New pioneer 3 way speakers ✔️replace again with rockford ✔️ Original headunit had blown channel and previous owner had cut out the speaker thinking the speaker was to blame. New Speaker blew out again before I replaced the headunit.

    Door Locks✔️ Not one lock matched and no key for the driver door. Replaced all locks

    Restored door cards and clips ✔️

    New vsv switch valve✔️ Denso (broke the plastic off the barb fitting when replacing hoses.

    Cut factory key✖️ Cannot find a factory key way for a 96 ignition (purchased and cut 3 of the wrong blanks)

    transfer case seal purchased/oem✔️

    Important Issues to address and diagnose:


    Driver floor rear holes✔️

    Gas smell✔️

    Clutch, pilot bearing, rear main seal, throw out bearing and grease clutch fork and new boot (ss clutch line). Shifter bushings✔️

    Inconsistent Idle speed replace AIC again, throttle body butterfly?✖️ wrong part.✔️


    Fuel filter (ordered)✔️


    Cv joints



    Squishy break pedal/master cylinder?


    Wobbly steering rack tie rods sway bar end link



    Trivial issues to address:

    Replace “Coma” badges (again) dumb previous owner✔️

    Fuel filter today. Charged up the ac only to find my evaporator is clogged. :(

    Great job on your restoration and combating the rust issues. Keep going, dude! Don't let Father time or the previous owner's negligence make your truck a lesser vehicle.

    Just learned about por15 today. I used a bonding primer and then engine enamel. I plan to redo it if I get a nice day or in the spring.

    Is there a way to better organize the photos? I uploaded most of them haphazardly and would like to show the side by sides better. Does it make more sense to just upload them again?

    I've painted my frame and axle before. If you use semi gloss paint it's not to shiny but doesnt mud stain as bad as flat or matte

    No need to redo. The primer+enamel you used is plenty good enough. Just do a generous top coat with fluid film if youre concerned.

    Redoing for stock appearance not function. Engine enamel is super glossy

    got some pics of a super low mileage rig and I’m trying to get back there.
