When letting off the clutch in 1st gear or reverse the truck would almost choke out unless you were heavy on the gas. (Replaced Maf air filter and 02 sensors) runs better but still does it regularly and still says running rich. Any idea of what it could be?

I cleaned the throttle body. Replaced the maf and the regular air filter. Still has a little rough idle and acts like it’s stalling when going into 1st

b4 sending injectors to MotorWest for remanufacturing

i would rule out intake leak with chorinated brake cleaner test
have engine running and spray the brake cleaner around all intake hoses(small and large) and also injector cups(under the injectors if 2rz/3rz(plastic could be cracked letting in un-metered air)
if engine surges.....there is your leak
