Stock K&N filter

I have Reg cab tacoma w/ 2.7l 4cly 4+4
I noticed a strange noise and noticed a
Little oil near the crank pulley.
After pulling down the skid plate and cleaning
It up I found what looks like the harmonic
Balancer rubbing the timing cover. Has anyone
Had this issue if so thanks in advance for
Your help
