Double check your wiring. Sounds like that is the issue to me.

Do the injectors "click" when you crank the engine? You should be able to hear them trying to do work if they are wired correctly. As suggested, I would once over the fuel system connections before I sent out my injectors. Down time lost.

What was the fix for this? I’m having the same issue! New injectors, plugs, wires, fuel filter and fuel pressure regulator. I’m getting fire and with my meter on the injector plug I’m seeing 12v on the + side and pulsating negative battery signaling the injector to fire but seems weak. I have 40-44 PSI on the fuel rail while turning over. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Gordo88 did you ever fix yours? My 95 2.4 quit while driving and now won't catch when I crank it. Fuel all the way to FPR, but none from return. Replaced a dead injector and ultrasonic cleaned the other 3 about 4 months prior. Fuel pump pumping but pressure unknown.. fuel pressure gauge is one of the few tools I don't own. Fires off starting fluid. Crank position sensor is good via multimeter. New NAPA fuel pump arrives tomorrow, $30 cheapo...... we'll see

Update: it was the gall darn fuel pump. Put the new one in and it fired up on the second crank. So, yes, they can absolutely still pump but not have enough pressure to overcome the fuel pressure regulator.
