My 1997 Toyota Tacoma will not engage in 4x4. both 4hi and 4low dont work. when i press the button the 4x4 light does not go on but it does make the clicking sound. I can here the actuator make a noise too but it doesnt sound right. i cant hear anything in the differential. i took one of the vacuum hoses off of the actuator and there is no suction coming to or from the actuator. Do I need a new actuator? Please help
