couple of possibilities here, I am assuming that there are other codes other than the P0125, correct?
There are 2 temp sensors one has 2 wires, this is for the fuel injection and one has one wire, this is for the coolant gauge. There is a specific resistance across the 2 wire sensor at operating temp the resistance across the 2 pins... I think 200 to 400 ohms. I will have to look that up to be sure. If that is OK then it sounds like there is an open in the Brown black wire.

The Mass air sensor, the coolant temp sensor and a few other sensors share the same Brown and black wire via a splice behind the glove box.

not being right there it is going to be very difficult to walk you through what I would do if I was there.

the attachment if for a 2000 Tacoma with a 3.4 THIS IS FOR REFERENCE ONLY do not use it as the pins on the ECU will probably be in different locations. It should be good enough for you to use to check for opens/shorts between the components. I would disconnect the battery and unplug the ECM before I would start to make any wiring checks.

No just the one code I charge the temp sensor on the back of motor was told that was the one it was the only other one I can find is the one that goes to gauge right a at top radiator hose I can not find one for fuel injection was it is it air box but there is not one there they said if not one in there it was built in the mass air sensor

if she is a 3.4 that sensor was for the gauge, the 2 wire one should be on the top of the motor. If she is the 4 cylinder I will have to look for where that one is.

I would locate and replace the engine coolant temp sensor, the 2 wire one first. The ECU is looking for a specific resistance apx 20 minutes after startup to determine if the sensor is bad. This is a 2 trip error meaning that it will take 2 times of starting and running the engine for over 20 minutes for this code to set the CEL(check engine light).
If you throw parts at it in desperation you will just be wasting money and time.

Do you have access to an OBDII scanner? if so, does it have live data capability?

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
The coolant sensor is in the rear of the head

OP, if you replace the A/F sensor, which is the one before the catalytic converter and not the O2 sensor after the converter; make sure it is the OEM Denso brand and the correct sensor(#234-4162). The universal sensors often don't work or last.

A new 0xygen sensor fixed that code on my 98 Tacoma. Sorry to hear you're having trouble. With my truck, there wasn't an issue with the way it ran, only a check engine light and decreased fuel mileage.
