1999 pre-runner new to me, rear end alignment questions

I bought recently from a family member, Good service history, I knew it needed an alignment but I have only driven it to and from work for about a week, in the dark, both ways. I’m off today, and went to the gas station and noticed in the driver’s side mirror that the rear end is way off, driver side hangs out at least 1&1/2”! I would crawl under the truck and look for myself, but it’s pretty cold and rainy here today. Good amount of tools and good mechanical experience here. Thanks and Merry Christmas!

 

Loose U bolts? Should be very obvious what is wrong.
