Just got a 99 Prerunner with the 2.7L auto and it needs tires. It has 265/75/15 on it now and looking on line and on my door sticker it says it should have 225/75/15. The spare has not been used and its a 265/75/15.
Did the 99 Prerunner come with 265?

    Are the wheels factory?

I don’t think the PreRunner came with 265, but it won’t hurt to have them on it.
You get a little more width to help with traction. The 225 will probably weigh less and you “might” see an improvement in MPG.

I’d just keep the 265’s on it myself.
