Just bought a garage kept two owner ext cab V6 automatic 4x4 Trd Or with 121,775 miles. When driving the steering wheel needs constant attention like moving back and forth constantly. Added atf to power steering reservoir. Original p/s pump. Have new oem lbjs but have not installed. Tires are 2021 date coded Coopers with 12/32 tread and even wear. Only 5,800 miles on the truck since Jan 2020. Any ideas?

I’d start with a steering and suspension inspection, along with an alignment check/adjustment.

I bet it's lost alignment and is toed out.
Like above, check the front end and get an alignment.

Try getting it aligned but it's probably the rack.

Mine had a pull to the right when I bought it - not a lot, but if you let go of the wheel you would be in the ditch. Tried to get it aligned, tech said I needed a new rack.

Nay I said, no way. So I replaced LBJ's, LCA's/bushings, new coilovers, TRE's, paid for another alignment, still pulled.

It was the rack, sometimes I'm bull headed due to trust issues. New rack and it drives like new.

Got it aligned today. Tech said that it had a new rack but there was play in the rack. He said a new rack would fix the play in the streering wheel
